We operate as a coworking and flexible workspace within the EICA.

2. Memberships & Day Passes

2.1 Membership Types

We offer:

  • Hot desk memberships

  • Fixed desk memberships

  • Day passes

  • Meeting room bookings

  • Events and community activities

Details and pricing may change occasionally — we’ll always give reasonable notice.

2.2 Using Your Membership

Membership gives you access during the hours shown on our website.
Access outside these hours may be restricted.

Memberships are non-transferable.

2.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as Stripe or Xero.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring payments where applicable.

3. Access to the Space

3.1 Opening Hours

Hours are listed on our website and may vary due to EICA operations or events.

3.2 Check-In

We may ask you to sign in/out for safety and capacity management.

3.3 Visitors

Visitors must be checked in and comply with all rules.

4. Behaviour & Use of the Workspace

We want a respectful, productive environment. Please:

  • Be considerate of noise

  • Keep the space tidy

  • Use headphones for audio

  • Avoid disruptive behaviour

  • Respect others' privacy

  • Use meeting rooms for calls when available

We may ask anyone to leave if behaviour impacts others.

5. Wi-Fi & Internet Use

We provide secure Wi-Fi, but:

  • No illegal activity

  • No interfering with the network

  • No sharing of Wi-Fi credentials

  • No hosting of servers or high-bandwidth automated processes

We do not monitor browsing content — only connection logs for security.

6. Meeting Rooms & Shared Spaces

  • Bookings are required for meeting rooms

  • Leave spaces clean and reset after use

  • If you finish early, release the room for others

  • Damage must be reported immediately

7. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost items

  • Stolen items

  • Damage to personal equipment

Please keep valuables with you or securely stored.

8. Safety & Security

8.1 Fire Safety

Follow EICA and Lighthouse staff instructions during any drill or evacuation.

8.2 Building Safety

Some areas of EICA may be restricted — please follow signage and staff guidance.

8.3 Accidents

Report any accident or incident to us immediately.

9. Facilities Provided

We aim to provide:

  • Desks

  • Power outlets

  • Wi-Fi

  • Kitchen access

  • Coffee/tea

Facilities may vary occasionally due to maintenance.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Missed deadlines

  • Lost data

  • Personal injury caused by misuse of facilities

  • Loss or theft of property

We provide the workspace “as available.”

But:
We do not exclude liability where it is unlawful to do so.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy (linked in footer).

  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel by emailing us with at least 7 days’ notice before renewal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
