The Lighthouse at the EICA is more than desks and WiFi — it’s a workspace built around movement, community and the outdoors.

We’re the newest Lighthouse workspace, joining our original coastal hub in North Berwick and bringing that same friendly, active, community-driven vibe to the west of Edinburgh.

Sitting inside Europe’s largest climbing arena and next door to Europe’s largest inland surf resort, we’re part of a one-of-a-kind ecosystem where work and play naturally blend.

Our members mix focused work with quick climbs, canal walks, surf sessions, coffee chats and fresh air. Whether you’re a freelancer, remote worker, creative, startup or team, you’ll find a welcoming community and a space designed to keep you energised.

This is coworking for people who want balance — waves, walls, rope, rock, movement, nature and meaningful connection.

Come for a trial day and feel how work changes when you’re surrounded by the things that move you.
